SCHOLARSHIPS - PROGRAMME

For educational institutions

Helping young people to find their career path.

WHAT DRIVES US

Dear teachers and educators,

the next generation is facing one of the biggest challenges: They often don't know what career path they want to take. Generation Z and Generation Alpha are full of potential, but they often lack direction and clear goals.

This is exactly where we come in - and you can be part of this pioneering initiative!

We want to guide today's young people towards self-awareness and help them to recognise their individual strengths and talents.

Why should you support the scholarship programme?

HOW CAN MY SCHOOL PARTICIPATE?
This is how our scholarship programme works:

01

Contact and information meeting

  • Initial contact: Your educational institution contacts us to express interest in the scholarship programme.

  • Information meeting: We will arrange an in-depth discussion to explain all the details of the programme and answer any questions you may have.

02

Partnership agreement

  • Contract signing: After the information meeting, we draw up a partnership agreement that clearly sets out all the conditions and expectations.

  • Official partnership: With your signature, your educational institution becomes an official partner of our scholarship programme.

03

Visibility and marketing

  • Presentation on our website: Your educational institution will be presented as a partner on our website, including logo and brief description.

  • Social media campaigns: We launch a media marketing campaign via our social media channels to emphasise your commitment.

04

Introduction of the programme in the school:

  • Information event: We hold a presentation at your school to inform students, parents and teachers about the scholarship programme.

  • Application phase: We are starting the application phase, in which interested students can submit their applications.

05

Selection of scholarship holders

  • "Motivation Letter": Applicants write a letter of motivation on very specific issues to determine their suitability and needs.

  • Decision: Together with you, we make the final selection of scholarship holders based on the defined criteria.

06

Implementation of the appointment procedure (2-3 months)

  • Personality analysis, choice of training or study programme: After the students have got to know their strengths and potential, we find out which study programme/training suits their personality. Together we derive suitable career profiles

  • Individual support: Each scholarship holder receives personalised support and guidance to help them identify their strengths and interests.

07

Feedback and further development

  • Feedback round: At the end of the programme, we collect feedback from all participants to evaluate the success of the project.

  • Further development: Based on the feedback, we continuously develop the programme to ensure the best possible benefit for all participants.

THE CAREER SEARCH PROCESS

We identify the right career based on your personality profile, strengths and potential using various personality tests. Graduates know what to do after school.

01

Familiarisation meeting

The process is presented to the scholarship holders and their parents so that the procedure and expectations are clear.

/ 1st week

04

Personality analysis

We analyse your personality, strengths, weaknesses and interests. We analyse everything together. The scholarship holders then know who they are and who they are not.

/ 2nd - 4th week

02

Coach and test selection

Together we will look for a suitable coach who will accompany the scholarship holder on the journey.

/ 1st week

05

Determination of training/study programme

With this new self-perception, we find out which profession suits them and their interests. On this basis, we derive suitable job, training or study opportunities.

/ 5th - 10th week

03

Selection test procedure

The process is presented to the scholarship holders and their parents so that the procedure and expectations are clear.

/ 1st week

06

Evaluation interview

We search for suitable training centres or universities (of applied sciences) that match the scholarship holders' selection. You will receive a complete visualisation of all the results at your disposal.

/ 11th week

By working with us, you not only offer your students valuable guidance, but also the opportunity to see their professional future clearly.
They enable them to discover and utilise their talents in a targeted manner.

WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY

Basicfox helped me to find my superpower during the most difficult orientation phase. Before, I was unsure and didn't rely on my abilities. Today I know clearly who I am and what I can best use my skills for. I can only recommend anyone to embark on the journey with Lisa and her team.
