Your students are about to finish school and don't yet know which apprenticeship or degree programme they should choose. In our keynote speech, we present three methods for making a successful choice. We will provide an overview of current training and study programmes and the areas in which it is possible to start a career. 

In selected groups, we introduce the pupils to the current training occupations in Germany. The students take a test that shows them the profession that best suits their personality, talents and hobbies. We use selected examples to show what a career path can look like. 

We teach the basics of preparing job applications. We also incorporate the new requirements of companies, e.g. video applications, online interviews, multi-part assessment centres. The students practise how they can introduce themselves to companies in one minute by answering the questions "Who am I?" and "Where do I want to go?". 

The fast pace and pressure of social media makes it difficult for students to focus on their potential and needs. We help them to get to know and understand themselves better through two selected methods. With this foundation, we create the first step towards choosing a career.

In selected groups, we introduce the students to the current degree programmes in Germany. If desired, this can also be extended internationally. The students take a test that shows them their favourite course of study and we use selected examples to show them what a career could look like.
